Textiles and banners
- PVC banners - tarpaulins are still an economical option for signage in exhibition stands.
- we print in roll widths up to 500cm in one piece
- We print in high quality with solvent and UV ink.
It is a banner with opalescent material, designed for illuminated applications for stretching into light frames, on illuminated displays and illuminated advertising panels. It is available up to a width of 500 cm.
This strong mesh fabric with medium fabric density and a thick coating on the fabric is suitable for mesh applications with the highest strength requirements, for large area applications that already meet the translucent requirements of perforated while offering a quality view from the inside of the application material. It is available up to a width of 500cm. The material has M2 and B1 certifications
Methods of banner printing:
We print advertising tarpaulins digitally, in high quality for close viewing distance.
We print on machines DURST Rho 320r, OCE ARIZONA 350 XT, DURST RHO P10 200 Presto in a strip width of one piece up to 5 m.
We print tarpaulins both on one and two sides and, if required, we supply hanging structures and shut-off frames.
Comparison of high frequency and hot air welding:

technologies |
Heating is generated inside the material by the action of high frequency radiation from metal electrodes. This causes the layers of material to melt and fuse together. |
The heating is carried out by hot air or by a handcuff on the surface of the material from the outside. The weld is formed on the surface of the fabrics to be joined. |
Welding speed and time |
The HF welding technique is the most efficient and fastest in time during one welding cycle. The layers of material are heated in the same amount of time, regardless of how thick the material is. The cooling time is also faster, through oil cooling. |
The welding time depends on the thickness of the series. The thicker the layer, the longer the welding time. There is a greater risk of overheating of the material. |
Weld quality |
The strength of the weld is the same as the strength of the material. The weld is very flexible and there is no smoke or odour. |
The weld is formed on the surface of the fabric, which makes it less durable. It is also less flexible due to the hard seam formed during welding. Welded fabrics can produce smoke and unpleasant odours. |
