High frequency welding line FIAB 922
Our 16 m long high-frequency welding line with a power of 22 kW will ensure that your tarpaulins, netting and other PVC banners will be produced even faster and better quality. The machine has a maximum area for one welding step-cycle of 880 cm2. This means that the maximum electrode size can be, for example, 1400 x 60 mm. As standard, we use electrodes with a size of 1300 x 40 mm, 1300 x 20 mm, soft electrodes and electrodes for cooking plastic mesh to the reinforced edge of the material. When welding, the machine uses a pressure that corresponds to a weight of 1200 to 2000 kg, so the welds are smooth and strong.
The machine is suitable for welding all weights of PVC tarpaulins, nets and for joining PES textiles with tape.
Compared to Hot wedge or Hot air technologies, the welds are stronger and more durable, have better flexibility and do not interfere with the appearance of the sails with various organs and lone.
Using high-frequency technology, we provide your tarpaulins and banners with edge reinforcement, precision tunnels, cedars, plastic meshes, or invisible welds using transparent reinforcing strips.
We will process your sails better, better quality, faster and at the highest level.
