For the production of floor banners and totems we use either direct printing of three-layer, five-layer or machine printed cardboard on OC Arizona or DUST P10 200 machines. Or we print self-adhesive foils with lamination and then laminate them on hard machine cardboard of 900g/m2 and more. Both technologies offer photographic quality and a wide colour range.
We cut the cardboard materials into any shape and format with an oscillating knife, then crease and fold them, or apply double-sided tape. We then assemble, package and ship or transport the parts directly to the client.
